Zünd Service Corporation provides various services for the Zünd line of flatbed plotters, including the original P Line, which was discontinued in 1995, and the PN Series, which includes the M, L, and XL series. We also offer support for eurolaser systems and OptiScout software sales and support. Here are the services and products we offer:

Phone Support

We offer unlimited email and phone support to customers who are covered under a service contract. Tech support is also available for customers not covered under a service contract for a nominal charge.

Installations

We provide complete installation services, including decommission and installation of existing tables.

Spare Parts

We have a large inventory of Zünd machine parts, and we offer overnight or express shipping for most of these items. Special orders from Switzerland is available are a part you need is not in stock. Please visit our Spare Parts page to download a list of PN Series spare parts.

Service / Maintenance Contracts

Zünd Service Corporation offers one-year or multi-year service contracts that include unlimited email and phone support, yearly maintenance visits, spare parts replacement, and follow-up training. Maintenance contracts cover unlimited tech support and the annual maintenance visit.

On-Site Repairs

We offer on-site repairs and other service options to customers who are not covered under a service contract. We offer hourly-plus-expense quotes or flat rate quotes.

Maintenance Visits

We perform regular maintenance visits for customers covered under a service contract. These visits can also be scheduled for non-service contract customers. We carry out preventative maintenance visits to maintain the performance of your machines, minimize the risks of costly breakdowns, and help retain your machines’ value.

Sales/Application Support

Zünd Service Corporation works with many industry-specific resellers and offers sales assistance with your specific application needs. Our team also offers you assistance in tooling options, software selection, and general information regarding the Zünd and eurolaser equipment and OptiScout software.

At Zünd Service Corporation, we have a wide range of application knowledge. We can help solve almost all of your application problems resulting from improper tool adjustment, table settings, and tool or head selection.
